Daytime Box Office/Evening Performance Staff
Ticket reservations are made via a Daytime Box Office volunteer. They answer phones, make reservations, and print tickets. A knowledge of computers is helpful but not necessary. The box office is open weekdays from 11-4 and staff schedules themselves weekly, bi-weekly, monthly... whichever they prefer. Daytime staff often helps with copying, folding and various other office tasks.
Each Mainstage, concert, and SPROUTS production requires a Performance Staff for each performance. CTL has in upwards of 75 performances a season and 6-10 volunteers are needed each night. They hand out programs, take tickets, man the "will call" table, show people to their seats, sell concessions, and more.
